Brown Pink is available to reserve for stays ranging from 3 days to a week. For longer rentals, please contact R&F to discuss options. Payment is due in full at the time of booking. Rates listed below include studio access and cleaning fees, but do not include a 2% tax.

Single Occupancy $250 per night

Double Occupancy $325 per night

Brown Pink has two bedrooms with full size beds, a kitchen, a painting studio, one and a half bathrooms, a living room, and a sun room. Sheets, blankets, towels, and basic amenities are provided.

The studio has a work space and racks stocked with both R&F’s Pigment Stick® and encaustic paint lines, two 16” heated palettes, an R&F heat gun, and an Iwatani torch.

Artists should plan to bring their own brushes and carving tools, panels, and other drawing materials or additional colors they wish to work with.

Brown Pink has a minimum three night stay. To determine if dates are available, please check the calendar on our our Availability page. Should you wish to cancel your reservation up to 15 calendar days prior, you will receive a refund less a $100 non-refundable cancellation fee.

15 days or less prior to the start of the stay, we regret we are unable to extend any refunds.
